Tulum Championship at PGA Riviera Maya is an official Korn Ferry Tour event that brings top emerging professionals to the Mexican Caribbean. After a successful 2025 edition, the tournament returns April 16–19, 2026, at the course located within Tulum Country Club.
As the leading pathway to the PGA TOUR, the Korn Ferry Tour showcases the most driven talent in professional golf as they compete for PGA TOUR status and a place on the game’s biggest stage. Hosted at an award-winning venue recognized as Mexico’s Best Golf Course (2024 & 2025), the Tulum Championship delivers four days of championship competition where the best are built, surrounded by Riviera Maya jungle, cenotes, and a Caribbean atmosphere with Tulum just minutes away.
PROGRAM
A relaxed, closed-door day and a unique opportunity to experience the course alongside Korn Ferry Tour pros. Multiple groups play 18 holes—9 with one pro and 9 with another.
The tournament begins. More than 150 players tee it up, and this is where the best are built—every shot counts from the very first hole.
Round two raises the stakes. The cut is made to the top 65 and ties, and the pressure is on to earn a place in the weekend.
Only those who made the cut return. Pairings are set by the leaderboard, momentum builds, and the contenders begin to separate.
The final 18 holes. The leaders go after the trophy, and the champion of the Tulum Championship is crowned.
